Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is the science of making machines intelligent with algorithms to allow computers to solve problems that used to be solved by humans only.

AI power search engines can now use online shopping suggestions and digital assistants can use AI to measure the exact shape and volume of tumors that revolutionize care astronomers.

Artificial Intelligence is also called machine intelligence and it is an intelligence demonstrated by the machines, against human intelligence.  Initially, in 1956 AI was founded on the Theoretical basis.

Since the founding year, it has experienced many waves of assured which is followed by failure, loss of investment, new initiative, success, renewed funding and many changes.

AI is the branch of computer science which takes responsibility for building smart machines capable of performing Several works that especially require human intelligence.

Artificial intelligence copies and understands the functions of the human mind, such as problem solving, learning and coming to a conclusion.

Artificial Intelligence is a multidisciplinary science with several proposal approaches however the advancements in excellent learning and machine learning are now creating a paradigm shift in virtually every sector of the technological industry.

Artificial Intelligence is the effort to simulate or copy human intelligence in machines and the goals of it includes reasoning, learning, and perception.

It is based on the principle that human intelligence can be explained in a way that artificial intelligence can easily copy human intelligence and start given tasks.

AI to find and evaluate exoplanets and distant solar systems and unhappy motorists are using it to discover if they can overturn parking fines. The possibilities of AI are endless from fraud prevention to developing new strategies to address climate change.

AI technologies today are brilliant at analyzing vast amounts of data to learn to complete a particular task, a technique called machine learning but AI is not good at transferring what it’s learned from one type of task to another, learning abstract concepts.

AI one-shot learning where a general rule is learned from a single experience the sort of broad intelligence humans excel at but even without achieving this broad intelligence.

AI is raising questions about how it might affect work. People will still be needed in the workplace but jobs and roles are likely to change some tasks become automated and new jobs are created risk that at least in the short-term this could increase inequality.

if some people are disproportionately affected and benefits aren’t widely shared across society and what about social equality and fairness bi is coming from AI systems even.

If unintentional who disproportionately affect some social groups influencing anything from job prospects to treatment by the justice system technology can play a role in helping to manage bias but people need to address big questions about how society wants to use it.

AI technology with AI at its heart has the power to change the world the more of us that engage with shaping its development the more chance we have to ensure a better fairer future with AI you

How Does Artificial Intelligence Works?

Artificial Intelligence in itself defines different technologies that give computers the ability to learn in a “intelligent” sense. Its major practical application is processing the vast amounts of data generated daily.

The work of Artificial Intelligence is to be applied strategically to other systems, task automation and the collection of information that occur at a size and pace otherwise unimaginable.

Data is created by humans and Artificial Intelligence systems pass through it and perform intelligent searches, interpreting both images and texts to discover patterns in a complex data, and then after act on those learning.

Besides that it enables computer systems to understand the meaning of human language, learn from experience, make predictions, and bring out results.

In 1956, in the framework of a program, philosophers attempted to make sense of human thought, and this is how the theory of Artificial Intelligence originated in the coinage which has an important role to play in progressing to this day.

Comparable to that of the human brain, the level of artificial intelligence means no brain on Earth is even close to understanding that the brains are doing anything to achieve all of that functionality.

People tend to fail to recognize the big practical application of Artificial Intelligence which processes vast amounts of data produced daily that a normal human being can’t do.

One may apply AI strategically to other procedures, task automation, and the collection of insights that occur at an unprecedented scale and pace.

The systems of Artificial Intelligence conduct intelligent searches, interpret texts and images in order to discover patterns in complex data and then act on them.

It works by integrating big quantities of data with iterative, fast processing and a very smart algorithm allowing the program to instantly learn from the data features or patterns.

Benefits of Artificial Intelligence

1. Digital Assistant

Digital assistant, also called a virtual assistant is voice-activated software that can understand and carry out tasks for the user and some of the highly advanced organizations use digital assistants to interact with their users.

This benefits of Artificial Intelligence saves time and need for human resources. It is also used in many websites to provide things that users want and demand.

Chat bots are designed in such a way that it has become very hard to determine whether we are chatting with a human being or a chat bots due to Artificial Intelligence programming.

2. Handling Repetitive Jobs

Many people tend to do 9-5 jobs that are super repetitive and this kind of job can be handled easily with the benefits of Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Compared to humans, machines can think much faster and can perform multitasking works to obtain the best results that is why machines are slowly replacing humans in companies.

Humans are fragile creatures so machine intelligence is being employed to carry out dangerous tasks as their parameters can be adjusted as well as their speed and time can be adjusted based on the requirements.

3. Reduction in Human Error

Computers are designed and programmed to not make mistakes like humans do. The benefits of Artificial Intelligence help to make decisions that are made from the knowledge previously collected by applying a certain set of algorithms to make errors.

The chances of achieving accuracy with a higher degree of precision would be reduced. It helps in reaching higher accuracy with a greater degree of precision and less of the error.

AI is highly needed in space exploration where information is fed to intelligent robots because of the speed of data production.

4. Daily Applications

Artificial Intelligence is used in daily applications of our lives like Google’s OK Google, Apple’s Siri, Windows Cortana, Amazon’s Alexa, GPS, these are used frequently in our daily routine whether it is for searching, making a phone call, replying to mail, setting reminders, and many more.

5. 24/7 Availability

One of the top benefit of Artificial Intelligence is that machines do not require frequent breaks and refreshments and neither do they feel bored, tired or distracted like human beings and can work for long hours.

Irrespective of season, weather, and timings we can expect machines to work and get productive results as we can make machines work 24×7 without any breaks.

But contrary to machines, an average human will work for 4-6 hours a day excluding breaks as they are built in such a way.

Risks of Artificial Intelligence

1. Unemployment

Artificial Intelligence has caused unemployment to many human beings by replacing them as companies’ wants minimum effort and quick results as the majority of the repetitive tasks and other work are easily done by robots.

Human interference is becoming less, which is causing major problems in the employment standards.

AI robots can do similar work with more efficiency which is why it is replacing the minimum qualified individuals and leading to large-scale unemployment.

Human beings can be highly dependent on machines if the risk of Artificial Intelligence grows.

2. No Original Creativity

One of the risks of Artificial Intelligence is that it has no original creativity of its own. The machines can help in designing and creating but they are no match to the power of thinking and being creative like that of the human brain.

Only the human mind can think and be creative as they are highly sensitive and are an emotional intellectual. Machines lack in thoughts which are guided by feelings and that is the big difference between humans and machines.

The human brain has inherent intuitive abilities which cannot be replicated by machines.

3. High Cost

One of the risks of Artificial Intelligence is that creating, repairing and maintenance requires a huge cost as they are very complex machines that require lots of parts and expertise from humans.

Machines are made up of both hardware and software programs which need frequent up gradation and maintenance to cater to the needs of the changing environment and the need for the machines to be smarter by the day.

If it broke down severely, the procedure to recover reinstating the system and lost codes will require huge cost and time.

4. No Replicating Human Emotion

No matter how efficient machines are it can never compare to humans and human minds. Intelligence is believed to be a gift of nature to human beings which machine cannot replicate.

Machines are emotionless and do not have moral values nor any ethical sense. The machines are made by humans so they are programmed with data inserted in it and cannot make the judgment of what is right and wrong.

One of the risks of Artificial Intelligence is that it either performs incorrectly or breaks down in needed situations.

5. Makes Humans Lazy

Yes, the risk of Artificial Intelligence is making humans lazy but it also depends on how one is using the technologies.

Humans are getting lazy because of AI’s applications automating the majority of the work and because of these machines humans have to do less work and less effort on doing tasks.

Because of these inventions humans tend to get addicted which can cause a serious problem to the future generations. Since the arrival of AI, the way humans are living their lives has changed considering it provides fast answers on does not have.

History of Artificial Intelligence

Basically the computers started in the year 1941 whereas in the initial stages it was really tough to do programming also fine there is nothing no concepts of memory or storage.

Anything like that they used to do programming and they used to get the outputs that’s it even that was really tough because they needed to do everything.

They basically need to do basically they will be connecting differential wires to do programming that is not typed by typing or executing or bearing there as there are no such concepts in that time.

At that time way back 1941 the initial computer even to run a simple program they needed to do many connections. It used to be a complex task to do. It is a nightmare to the designers.

Basically those programs are nothing but those you’ll be calling it as wise like you will be doing in basic electronics or any kind of labs will be connecting wires.

When you’ll be getting the outputs right so in that way the systems used to work guys so basically there will be many devices we will be connecting them.

If you’ve got one program you cannot use the same concept for another program you need to reconnect all the versions you can. You should connect them again in a proper way to your new program.

So in that way it used to be really hectic complex job guys fine so in 1949 the game started guys so the storage came into play which made the job really easily guys ok so in 1950.

About Alan Turing right so he’s a pianist so he proposed it in 1950 years 1950 Alan Turing proposed his concept how we can decide a machine is intelligent so in 1951.

The first AI program has been returned as the first AI base the program was returned so in 1955 games were developed game playing like chess and all those quotes were returners in 1955.

The first self learning game playing broke in disgust so in 1956 we introduced with the language reduce the language LSB so that’s a programming language used for artificial.

It is instilled today also few will be using those languages so in 1959 MIT, a prestigious university set up an AI lab for its development and research. In 1964 we saw the first demo of AI.

Which understands the language so which can understand the language the first demo offer Eliza was introduced or given so in 1965 the first chatbot Eliza was internet invented.

The functionality and how Eliza works in our next lecture guys don’t worry so it was introduced in the year 1965  so in 1974 the first autonomous vehicle was created.

Autonomous is nothing but Auto solids not autonomous its automaker Unitron so the first automated vehicle was anointed in Stanford AI lab in 1999 Sony introduced AI Bo.

I hope everyone knows about typos. Guys draw Prabhu just go to Google and I’ve got a business recognizing it because it’s really popular in news way long ago and emotional.

AI concepts were proposed by MIT lab so even emotional concepts have come into play in 1999 a birth fine here.

It’s completely so in 2009 Google stock started building itself or driving cars so basically the concept was introduced in 1965 and it started in 2009 seeing omens at different rates in 2011.

Siri Google assistant Cortana and many other chat BOTS have come in to players so chat wats the complete concept belongs to natural language processing.

It’s really discussing further continuing all these developments are exponential if you observe the development of anything in the initial stages

Artificial Intelligence will be really slow guys but once it gets the face it’s going to develop in an exponential way rapidly that’s what happening with AI nowadays
